Done on a study sheet of functional progressions during theory class.
And yes, I did take that character from another artist. I find him easy to draw, and being mostly unable to draw people, and finding him quite cute, I wanted to use him. I don't take any credit for having created that adorable creature.
I love this, but it makes me sad at the same time. I recognise the character, i think i'v received a card with him on at some point...but did you create the heart-tree and writing underneath? its very poetic and just. If only hearts did grow on trees, they'd be so much easier to heal!
